Establishes a state version of the federal Servicemember’s Civil Relief Act, empowering the Justice Department to enforce protections from default judgments, foreclosures and certain penalties, fines and fees while on a deployment. It extends those protections to members of the National Guard who are deployed on active duty for longer than 30 days.
