Synopsis: Allows Delaware to join the 40-state Interstate Wildlife Violator Compact – a nationwide law enforcement compact aimed at preventing people who have lost hunting and fishing licenses in other states for crimes, such as poaching, from being licensed in another state and committing similar crimes in those states.

SB-78 – An Act to Amend Title 7 of the Delaware Code Relating to Non-Tidal Wetlands

Synopsis: Establishes a Wetlands Advisory Committee to recommend policies to conserve, preserve and restore non-tidal wetlands. Committee is to issue recommendations to the governor and General Assembly by 31 Dec. 14. Also amends the Code to expedite resolution of violations through administrative action/penalties where applicable.
